Return and Refund policy

DOES DAYLIGHT DISC PROVIDE RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON ITS PRODUCTS? 

Yes because we’re committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of DAYLIGHT DISC TEAM before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!

All our products are covered with Return and Refund policy. So if you discover a misprint/damage/defect/damage with the product you have received, please take Videos and pictures of the defect with the order receipt and contact us within 14 days upon receiving the order. The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are Satisfied.

Please note All the Returns/Refunds will be issued only after the Products have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our Return/Refund eligible criteria above.

All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team for Product Exchange. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.
